ORGANIC PUMPKIN SEED OIL

HOW DO YOU FIND SQUASH SEEDS?

Pumpkin seeds are, as their name suggests, derived from the cultivation of squash (also called pumpkins). Squashes are part of the Cucurbitaceae family which includes, in addition to squash, pumpkin, squash, melon and cucumber. Like many cucurbits, squash is harvested when ripe in Autumn.

China is the leading producer of squash, ahead of India, Ukraine and the United States.

Its tender flesh and slight chestnut flavor make it a pleasant culinary companion. It is consumed in several ways: in soup, in gratin, in pie but also in pasta.

Its seeds produce an excellent oil whose health benefits on the prostate are no longer in doubt.
